2023 Lightchasers Conference Update

Apologies for the lack of updates for the 2023 event but no updates doesn’t mean things aren’t rolling along in exciting ways! There are many, many moving parts happening behind the scenes right now ​​and I’m just waiting on final confirmations that several BIG brand partners will be joining us this year. Once I have those confirmations, I’ll be unleashing a torrent of awesome updates so please stay tuned!

 

In the meantime, I’ve just returned from a trip to Pincher Creek, scouting locations and meeting with many of our local partners. ​​Our host hotel, the Heritage Inn, is now sold out of rooms and the Stardust is down to only a couple of openings. Rooms in town are quickly selling out not just from our event but other things happening in the area during that time as well.

 

I have taken the steps to secure more rooms with two other local hotels, the Ramada and the Travelodge. If you haven’t booked your rooms yet, we highly ​​recommend doing so as soon as possible.

 

​​The Travelodge is offering an exclusive rate for $119 a night but can only hold this rate until February 6th so contact them ASAP at 1-403-904-8040 (Monday through Friday) and say you’re with the Lightchasers conference to book.

 

We have also secured 15 double queen rooms at the Ramada at the rate of $175 a night. ​These rooms will also only be held for a short period of time so act soon if you’re planning to join us! Call them directly 1-403-627-3777 and say you’re with the Lightchasers conference.

 

This year our programming will also include a full day on Friday as opposed to the half day we had last year. So you’ll want to book your rooms from May 25th to 28th. We also encourage you to stay longer to explore the area and make the most of your time here! ​​

Lastly, the conference is selling out incredibly fast. We have sold over 100 tickets so far and there are only 30 remaining as of writing. I know some folks have been holding off purchasing until more info becomes available but if you haven’t purchased yet and want to come, I highly recommend doing so before it’s too late. Once we start announcing all that we have in store, I can guarantee the remainder will sell out very quickly! Early bird pricing has been extended to February 6th.
