Fixed Lunch Offer

With our new location being ten minutes north of town and having no built in restaurant for lunch, we are excited to announce that we are partnering with our friends at the local eatery, Seeds, to offer a fixed lunch on site to interested attendees. The cost per person is $50. This includes 3 lunches, one each day, delivered directly to us Heritage Acres in a compostable container with cutlery, delivery, tax and gratuity. Please note, this is a fixed lunch, and as such we cannot accommodate any individual changes to the menu items. The menu is as follows: Friday May 23rd: grilled breast of local chicken on a house baked vegan bun with mayo, avocado and local tomato and greens, served with couscous salad with grilled peaches, charred green onions, sun dried tomatoes and a house made fresh citrus and mint vinaigrette. Vegetarian option is the exact same with substitution of grilled chicken with grilled marinated local eggplant.
Saturday: 16 hour house smoked local beef brisket on a house baked vegan roll, with Bama sauce, slaw and house smoked Memphis BBQ sauce, served with local red potato salad. Vegetarian option, substitute brisket with BBQ jackfruit.
Sunday: Harvest Cobb Salad with local greens, maple balsamic dressing, roasted sweet potatoes, organic pumpkin seeds, candied pecans, craisins, roasted apples, house smoked cheddar and grilled local chicken breast, served with house baked vegan bun and real butter. Vegetarian option substitute chicken breast with grilled polenta.
This lunch is optional. Attendees are welcome to head into town to have lunch anywhere they want but we thought we’d make things easier with this offer. If you would like to participate in the fixed lunch, please respond to this email indicating your choice of standard or vegetarian and by sending an etransfer to us for $50. Note: Heritage acres will have several picnic tables outside but due to limited table space, this may be a lap lunch. |
