LOCATIONS
With the exception of the individual field sessions, all of the events on the schedule take place at the Heritage Inn Hotel and Convention Centre. This year we are maximizing as much space as possible in the Heritage Inn and various programming elements will take place in three different locations within the building:
Main Ballroom: this is the main room in the Heritage Inn that we’ve been using for the conference in the past and will be where the speaker presentations, tech talks and photo contest awards will be held.
The Brand Expo Showroom: formerly known as Ezzies Bar, the Heritage Inn has graciously cleared this space to allow us to expand the conference. This room will become the community hub of the conference. It will be where check-in takes place, where the brand expo showroom is, where we’ll be serving coffee in the mornings and where everyone can gather and socialize before the talks. The entrance to this area is outside of the hotel, to the left of the main doors and will be clearly marked with signage.
The Lounge: located between the lobby and the main ballroom, the lounge will be used for a handful of programming elements such as the portfolio reviews.

The Lightchasers Chasers Conference in 2022 was an incredible experience. From access to top photographers to the spectacular location, this conference far surpassed my expectations. It was clear that Shane created the event with a love of photography and a true desire to share expert knowledge in mind. The kindness shown by Shane, the presenters, and all of those involved was refreshing and inspiring. I'm very much looking forward to what the 2023 version will bring.2022 Participant
