Shirts, Discounts and More – May 2nd, 2022

Greetings, Lightchasers!

Coming at you with just a quick update, some discount offerings and a merch question for you today!

We’ve had a few folks reach out asking about physical or e-tickets and we just wanted to let everyone know that we’ll simply be checking off people’s names from our database when they arrive at the conference so there’s no need for a physical ticket. However if you’d like to print off or screen cap your confirmation email, you’re welcome to have that with you when checking in. If you purchased two tickets, please let us know the name of your second attendee so we have it on file for check-in, swag, door prizes, name tags, etc.

Next up, we just wanted to let everyone know that in addition to all the great programming we have on tap, we’ve also lined up some great discounts for all registered attendees. Those attending will receive:

• 10% off from Kase Filters Canada (valid May 15th to June 15th)
• 15% off from f-stop gear
• 10% off food and drink at our official after hours venue, The General’s Quarters

And we’re also very excited to be working with local tour company Uplift Adventures who have offered a 10% discount on their interpretive tours and their adventure club activities. Lastly, we’ll be making some Lightchasers t-shirts for our staff and will have some on hand for purchase as well. If you’d like to pre-order a shirt so we can gauge interest, please respond to this email with your shirt size and we’ll take your order. Shirts will be $35 + GST and feature the Lightchasers logo in white as well as the Fujifilm GFX logo on the back.
