By purchasing a ticket to the Lightchasers photography conference you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• All ticket sales are final.
• Ticket price does not include travel or accommodation.
• No refunds will be given should you not be able to attend or due to inclement weather.
• Guests may be forced to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a guest does cancel, a suitable replacement guest will be found.
• We are carefully monitoring the state of the Covid-19 pandemic. Should it be a matter of public safety to cancel the event, your ticket will be refunded.
