2026 Field Session Registration Now Open

Our Field Sessions are now open for registration! Lots of info here so please read carefully! 

There are eleven great sessions available to choose from and each attendee can choose up to TWO sessions. For a refresher on each location, you can see updated info on each, including times and presenters in attendance, here on our website:

The following link will take you to a page on our website where the sessions are broken up by day and choice. Click on the session you’re interested in and the next page will give you the option to “add to cart.” Once you’ve done that, a grey bar will appear allowing you to return to the selection page to make your second choice. Once you’ve selected your second choice, you can check out and fill out the required info. You cannot add more than two options to your cart and an error will appear if you try. There is no cost for these sessions.

If attendees wish to attend the Lightchasers Lite event, “An Evening with Adam Gibbs” on Saturday at the Fox Theatre, you have two options: the first is that you can select it as one of your two Field Session choices using the link above. The second is that you can purchase a ticket to it via Lightchasers Lite, linked below, and still have your two field session choices.

IMPORTANT: When checking out with your field sessions, please ensure you use the same email address you used for your original ticket purchase. This email address is tied to your communications profile on our backend. You do not need to create an account upon checkout or login to an existing one when you sign up for the field sessions.

IMPORTANT: If you’re planning to register more than one person, note that the site is set up to only allow two sessions in the check out cart at a time as we need to have individual orders and email address for proper communication on the backend. Each person has to order their session individually. If someone is unavailable to order at the time, another person can go order for them so long as they enter the name and email of the second person on the second order, ensuring things are correct for us on the backend.
