2026 Full Schedule is Live!

Yesterday we posted our full schedule to the website and I’m excited about the fantastic weekend we’ve created for you all! Before we get to the schedule, I wanted to first announce two programming elements new for Lightchasers 2026: Our Official Lightchasers Mixer and the Presenter Gallery Show! 

First up, the mixer! Our Thursday afternoon advance check-in has become a staple of the Lightchasers weekend, allowing early arrivers the chance to get their passes and swag and reconnect with friends. This year we’re taking that check-in even further with our official Lightchasers Mixer! Attendees will be able to check in, as usual, but this time we’ll be hosting it at an exclusive event held at the Kootenai Brown Historical Park! Here, attendees will be able to explore the incredible grounds and heritage buildings, take photos, meet some presenters past and present, visit with friends in a casual environment and enjoy snacks and drinks. This event is complimentary and will be taking place from 3-6pm on Thursday the 21st.

(Note: there will be no access to the Community Hall on Thursday for attendees.) 

Next up is the Presenter Gallery Show! Sponsored and printed by our partners at McBain Camera, our Gallery Show will showcase beautiful images from each of our presenters and some of our team members, printed on canvas and available for purchase. This gallery show will be on display on the second floor of the community hall over the course of the entire weekend.

​As always, schedules are subject to change, but barring any unforeseen circumstances, this is what we all have to look forward to in just under five weeks time! As we get closer to the event, I’ll be sending out more email and info including reminders about our photo contest and shirt pre-order deadlines, pre-orders for our fixed lunch, a local guide, brand expo round up, field session registration and more!
